Koosh also provide a sourcing service. Currently we have a large customer base that utalise our skills to source fabrics for their homes or retail outlets, that will create a rounded story with either existing furniture or current stock on hand.
We will source product that is exclusive to our customers individual needs. Koosh can only provide our customers with exclusive distribution rights on a product when the entire range/color story is purchased.
Koosh custom manufacture and manage private label and home brands for our larger customers. This process includes product development, design and packaging.
All special orders and contract manufacturing orders are treated as follows:
Orders are confirmed, accepted and a 50% progress payment or full payment is made prior to the order commencing. Balance is due prior to shipping the order. You will be advised via email 5 days prior to your order being finished, to ensure balance payment is made, preventing hold ups of orders once they are finished. Special orders take a minimum of 10 working days to complete, please confirm this with our Agents or sales team on placing your order.
