International Orders

Terms and conditions
• On submitting your order, you are committing to purchase the products outlined on the order form
• A confirmation order email will be sent within 12 hours, for approval and payment
• All orders are strictly pro-forma
• Koosh can not promise that all product listed on our website will be in stock when you place your order
• Colours are represented on this website as accurately as possible
• Please ensure all questions are asked before submitting orders
• We only provide refunds on faulty goods

Special orders and contract manufacturing orders

• Orders are confirmed and signed off
• A 50% deposit or full payment will be requested prior to the order commencing
• Balance is due prior to shipping the order
• You will be advised via email 2-5 days prior to your order being finished for balance payment
• Special orders take a minimum of 10 working days to complete
• Please confirm ETA on your order with our Agent or Sales Team when order is placed
• There is no exchange on special orders, unless proven faulty

Shipping & Handling

• Orders will be shipped 1-3 working days after full payment has been received
• If payment is not received before a scheduled shipping day, they will be sent following shipping day
• If your order is required urgently we can organise express postage at additional charges
• Shipping advice will be sent to you via email when we have posted your order
• Koosh Designs will not be held responsible for lost or damaged postal/shipment items sent through Australia Post
• Any damage/loss caused during the shipping process needs to be brought to the attention of the shipping carrier
• We recommend that you always take out insurance and/or register your post, to ensure safety and easy tracking of the goods
• All orders over $500 AUD, must pay insurance on their shipments, sent through Australia Post, unless being collected.
• Australia Post Shipments are not insured unless asked to by you, the customer
• Shipping charges are indicated on your quote, shipping costs are not included in the prices of our product
• Shipping within 20km of Koosh is FREE OF CHARGE
