Q What are the care instructions?
Most of our cushions are warm hand wash, drip dry, cool iron. However always refer to the care labels on our products.
Q Where are your cushion covers made?
80% of our collections are 100% Australian made by us, a small portion are imported from OS! All our pure silk cushion covers are made in India, using only 100% pure Indian Silk. Our fabrics are sourced from all over the globe - USA, Europe, India, the Orient.
Q Can koosh tailor design cushions to suit my existing decor at home?
Yes we can! Koosh can send a consultant to your home, to discuss your individual needs.
Q What if I want an existing design in another size?
We can custom make any of our stocked designs, minimum quantities apply.
Q Does Koosh deliver?
Koosh can organise for your cushions to be delivered to your door. If your delivery address is within 20km of Koosh we deliver FREE OF CHARGE.
Q Can I collect my cushions from Koosh?
Yes you can. You can come to our office located in Black Rock, Melbourne. We are only open on a Monday for pickups. Simply call us to organise a time for collection.
